CoopSuite is built for households who want calmer routines and healthier flocks. We only collect the information required to run the product you sign up for.

Data we collect
Account details (name, email), coop and flock details you enter, app activity needed to keep your routines in sync, and optional device data if you connect sensors or smart doors.
How we use it
To deliver CoopSuite features, send reminders you opt into, diagnose issues, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers. We keep it while you have an account and for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export or return.
Third parties
We rely on services like Supabase and analytics providers, and we use Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app billing. Each provider only receives what is required to operate the service.
Your choices
Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Adjust reminders and notifications in-app. Disconnect sensors or integrations whenever you like.
Your rights
Email support@coopsuite.app to request access to your data, ask for deletion, or get help with any privacy concern. You can also delete your account directly in the app. We respond quickly, usually within two business days.
