Account
You are responsible for activity in your account. Choose collaborators you trust and keep login details secure.
Payments
Subscriptions renew on the cadence you select. You can cancel anytime; your access continues through the paid period.
Acceptable use
Use CoopSuite only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm the service or other users. Automated abuse or unauthorized scraping is not allowed.
Availability
We work to keep CoopSuite reliable. Outages or maintenance may occur; we communicate status openly and restore service quickly.
Liability
CoopSuite is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
